This policy applies to the Talentiss website, the Candidate Portal and the Client Portal.
Information we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, resume, work history, skills, current and expected salary, notice period and any other details you choose to share
- Clients: company name, contact person, business email, phone number and hiring requirements
- Website visitors: details you submit through our enquiry forms
How we use it
- To match candidates with suitable job openings and share profiles with hiring clients, for recruitment purposes only
- To respond to business enquiries and manage client relationships
- To send emails about your applications, account or enquiry
AI-assisted screening
We use automated tools to read resumes and estimate how well a profile matches a job. These tools ignore age, gender, religion, caste and photographs. A Talentiss recruiter reviews every application; no candidate is rejected by AI alone.
Sharing
We share a candidate profile with a client only for a role the candidate has applied to or been considered for. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your choices
Candidate profiles are kept so we can consider you for future roles. You can update your profile at any time from the Candidate Portal, or contact us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.
Security
Access to candidate and client data is limited by role, and important actions are recorded in an audit log.
